party Fuerza Solidaria who, in the last Venezuelan presidential
elections (2006) fought against the opposition leader Manuel
Rosales. Mr. Peña discusses the threat posed to the Western
Hemisphere by the South American Left, led by communist
symphathizers like Hugo Chavez and Castro.
