This conversation is pure soul medicine.

Raven Rae, recording artist, performer, and author of Butterfly Language joins me to talk about music, healing, and the courage it takes to become who you really are.

We explore how pain can become poetry, how sound can carry truth, and how self-love is not a destination but a daily practice of remembrance.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re still somewhere between who you were and who you’re becoming, this episode will feel like a deep exhale.

Raven Rae is an eclectic recording artist, performer, author, and speaker who bridges the gap between the classics and the contemporary. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Raven got her start singing in the church and received her musical training from the Cleveland School of the Arts and Columbia College Chicago. Raven released her first Ep, Borderline, in 2019, where she shares her story and explores societal themes rarely discussed surrounding mental health in the black community. Followed by the release of her second album, "Metamorphosis," in September 2020. Centered around her “caterpillar to butterfly” transformation throughout her self-care journey, her third album “Believe in Love”. Released in June of 2021, about her self-love journey, and her fourth album, Discover Me released in 2024. Raven is the author of Butterfly Language, an interactive musical memoir available on Amazon.

In this episode, I’m talking with Mary, a licensed trauma therapist who turned her own experiences of workplace toxicity, racism, and burnout into a mission to empower women.

We dive into what it really means to reclaim your voice, set boundaries, and receive the recognition and compensation you deserve, all while healing from environments that try to silence you.

If you’ve ever questioned your worth at work, felt unseen, or struggled to navigate a toxic environment, this conversation will give you clarity, tools, and courage to start standing in your power.

Mary Eldridge, LISW, LCSW is a licensed trauma therapist and Empowerment & Career Strategist helping high-achieving women thrive in their careers without losing themselves. Through a blend of nervous system regulation, boundaries that stick, and professional strategy, she guides women out of burnout and back into balance, confidence, and clarity.

Mary’s work is rooted in the belief that success should never cost your peace, your wellbeing, or your relationships. Her programs and community, The Career Empowerment Collective, teach women how to lead with calm authority, communicate their worth, and design careers that feel elevated, fulfilling, and sustainable.

Another English episode. This time my guest is Sam Halliwell.

Sam is an endometriosis coach and the founder of The Embodied Alchemy Method. After years of medical dismissal, fertility grief, and a life-altering hysterectomy, she rebuilt herself from the inside out, not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. Her work now helps women turn pain into power, guiding them to reclaim their bodies, rewrite their stories, and rediscover who they were always meant to be.

In this eps we talk about what endometriosis is, the symptoms, Sam's story around endo and how she overcame her own story with endometriosis.

Podcast-Folgen verschwinden.
