Sam is an endometriosis coach and the founder of The Embodied
Alchemy Method. After years of medical dismissal, fertility
grief, and a life-altering hysterectomy, she rebuilt herself from
the inside out, not just physically, but emotionally and
spiritually. Her work now helps women turn pain into power,
guiding them to reclaim their bodies, rewrite their stories, and
rediscover who they were always meant to be.
