In this episode I introduce you to 3 different breathing techniques that can accompany and support you in probably any situation in life.

Being more aware when we breathe doesn't just mean more oxygen and better health. When we breathe consciously we are also in immediate awareness of ourselves. Thinking processes fade into the background and through the breathing cycle we perceive ourselves, we feel ourselves (again).

Start of the technique at 04.00

This breathing meditation technique comes from Kundalini yoga and has a relaxing effect, clears and opens the mind so that we can be ready for something new.

It supports us when we want to get rid of old habits and also when we are in an emotional imbalance.

As in the breathing technique from episode 11, breathing, mantra and mudra also form a unity here, which accompanies us breathing then also here through the individual energy centers, through our chakras.

6x SAT NAM, dann 1x WAHE GURU = 1 vollständiger Zyklus

This breathing meditation goes back to Yogi Bhajan from Kundalini Yoga and is quite excellent (also) in its effect when we have been frightened or have experienced a shock situation.

It helps us to regain inner balance, calm our nerves and thus also reduces post-traumatic stress.

A special breathing rhythm results from the repetition of a mantra, and a special hand posture, also called mudra, further supports the deepening of the meditation here.

The mantra:

6x SAT NAM, then 1x WAHE GURU = 1 complete cycle.

And what exactly does that mean? Who is that exactly - myself?

The question "how can I really arrive at myself?" was posed to me by a listener of my podcast episodes. Now in this episode I try to approach this question and answer it as best as I can.

It is - in my opinion - quite a relevant question and perhaps also relevant for all those who have not asked it.
