Ever heard of the Bannister Effect?

Let me explain it in simple words:

Before 1954, no one believed it was possible to run a mile in
under 4 minutes.

People said it was physically impossible.

But then, Roger Bannister did it.

And guess what?

Just weeks later, others started breaking the same record too.

What do we learn from this?

If we believe something is impossible — or don't even know it’s
possible —

we don’t bother trying.

But once we see it’s possible,

we actually start putting in the effort to achieve it ourselves.

The same applies to my online coaching clients.

A lot of people think that to lose 10 kg, you need to follow a
strict diet, work out every single day for hours, and basically
give up your life.

But then… they see people like Adi or Stefan.

They see that they lost the weight with just three workouts per
week,

without eating perfectly all the time,

and yes — even while still enjoying the occasional drink.

And that’s when it clicks:

They start to believe they can do it too.

It all starts with a belief.

A belief that it’s possible.

And a belief that it’s doable.
