In this episode, we discuss the proposed tax legislation of
Donald Trump in his second term. After the TCJA has been the most
significant tax reform in the U.S. for well about 30 years, the
proposed tax legislation seems less innovative, yet will likely
further strengthen the comparable advantages of the U.S. tax
system in particular in comparison to Germany. We examine the
