We all constantly face changes - whether in our private lives or
business. And we all deal differently with it. Some of us thrive
in dynamic environments and adapt fast to changes, while others
are the exact opposite. And there is also everything in between.
For organizations, this is problematic - how can they manage
change when everybody deals with it differently? Especially when
thinking about organization-wide change, like introducing new
strategies, changing the organisation's culture, replacing ERP
platforms, introducing new intranets, etc.

In this podcast episode, we discuss the issue of scaling change
to an organization-wide level with Helene van de Ven. As a change
management director at ASMPT, scaling change is her bread and
butter. She uses PROSCIPROSCI's change approach, and we discuss
the strengths and weaknesses of working with this renowned
framework.
