I run into Ryan at a Gym in Thailand. He was undoubtedly
one of the most muscular guys there and not to mention his
strength!

I was impressed and started a conversation, curious to know his
routine.

We got along and decided to work out together. At some point, we
talked about our past and what brought us to Thailand.

He told me that he had a HEART ATTACK at AGE 38 and that he was
probably the unhealthiest person on this planet.

How I reacted? "Damn, that's inspiring. I need to have you on the
podcast!", I said. And so here we are...

Ryan has a story to tell. It's sad, yet still inspiring. And I
believe all of us can learn something from him.

I'm super pumped to have Ryan Macdonald as a guest, talking about
his experience with death and how he turned his life around.
