Financial Planning in an agile world

When most people talk about agile organizations, tech companies
come to mind, perhaps other smaller start-ups, but generally not
banks which are still often thought of as traditionally
hierarchical, static environments, “command and control”. Former
CFO Gijs Hilgers explains to those listeners that might not be
familiar, what is meant when we talk about agility, and in
particular, what it means in the context of financial institutions.
