What if improving the way we move is not about learning to do more, but noticing what we are already doing that may no longer be necessary?
In this episode of GanzinBewegung, I speak with Jeremy Chance about the Alexander Technique, body awareness and the influence our learned ideas and habits can have on the way we move and respond.
We explore how our experiences shape our understanding of ourselves and how patterns can become so familiar that we no longer notice them. Rather than trying to correct the body or impose a better way of moving, Jeremy invites us to become curious about what may be interfering with our natural coordination.
This shifts the focus from adding another technique or trying harder towards observing, questioning and discovering what happens when unnecessary effort begins to fall away.
A conversation about body awareness, movement, habits, thinking, experience and change.

In this episode of GanzinBewegung, I speak with Adriana Vela, CEO of MarketTecNexus, AI strategist and NeuroAI architect, about what happens when technological change moves faster than our ability to process and adapt to it.
As AI becomes increasingly capable, we explore what this changing environment asks of us as human beings and as leaders. We talk about the pressure that speed and uncertainty can create for our brains and bodies, why our ability to pause matters, and what leaders are experiencing as they introduce AI into their organizations.
A central question throughout our conversation is how we can use AI without gradually outsourcing our own thinking to it. Adriana introduces the role of discernment and explains why developing human capability becomes increasingly important as technology advances.
We also look at adaptability, organizational alignment and what it might mean to prepare for change without trying to predict exactly what comes next.
A conversation about AI, human capability, discernment, adaptability, leadership and staying connected to ourselves.

What if meaningful change is less about fixing ourselves and more about creating the conditions that allow something different to emerge?
In this episode of GanzinBewegung, I speak with Tessa Viotti, a Creative Somatic Educator, Artist and Alexander Technique Teacher, about body awareness, movement and our natural capacity for balance and change.
We explore how unconscious habits can influence the way we move, think and respond, and why pausing before reacting can create new possibilities. Tessa also shares how support from the floor, gravity, breathing and our surroundings can help us become more aware of unnecessary tension and experience ourselves differently.
A central idea in our conversation is that we do not necessarily have to make change happen. Instead of trying to fix or force ourselves, we can create an environment for change through awareness, support, curiosity and trust.
A conversation about body awareness, movement, habits, thinking, breathing and creating conditions for change.

What happens when leadership is not separated from the way we think, move, learn and relate to other people?
In this episode of GanzinBewegung, I speak with Michael J. Gelb, author and expert in creativity and leadership, about human potential, awareness and what it means to become a more conscious leader.
We explore how Michael’s experiences with the Alexander Technique, Aikido and creativity have shaped his approach to personal and organizational development. We also talk about cultivating creativity and why leadership development begins with the person rather than simply learning another leadership technique.
The conversation also raises a broader question about organizations: what might change when businesses are understood as human environments and leaders bring greater compassion and consciousness to the way they work?
