Nachdem wir uns in den letzten Folgen mit den unterschiedlichen
Bindungstypen beschäftigt haben, geht es in der heutigen Folge um
die Frage, wie man sichere Bindungen aufbaut (und natürlich auch
unterhält).


2 wichtige Säulen:


1. CARRP:


C = Consistency (Beständigkeit)


A = Availability (Verfügbarkeit)


R = Responsiveness (Reaktionsbereitschaft)


R = Reliability (Verlässlichkeit)


P = Predictability (Vorhersagbarkeit)
