Hochsensibilität bezieht sich auf eine erhöhte Empfindlichkeit
gegenüber Reizen. Im Arbeitsalltag können hochsensible Menschen
intensiver auf Umweltreize reagieren, was sowohl Vor- als auch
Nachteile mit sich bringen kann. Positiv können sie subtile
Details wahrnehmen, jedoch sollten sie Strategien entwickeln, um
Überstimulation zu minimieren, beispielsweise durch Pausen und
klare Kommunikation. Wie das genau aussehen kann, erfährst du in
dieser Folge.
