Emily Rebmann and Alexander Herfort from UNITED VARS join us to
explain how an alliance of independent SAP partners across
roughly 100 countries delivers as if it were a single company,
and why trust, not contracts, makes that work.

We talk about the reality of cross-border projects: an
eight-digit deal won across three countries against the big four,
and Spot Consulting, where a five-day request from a partner
abroad gets the same priority as your own work. Emily shares the
story behind the UNITED VARS Academy, an intensive week focused
on value over features and functions, where participants leave
with a new perspective and a network they can actually call on.

We close on what AI will and won't change about consulting. The
technical depth may get automated. Building trust with a customer
won't.
