ist ein Risikofaktor für Adipositas und Binge Eating, aber
keine belegte Erklärung für „die meisten“ Fälle. „Die
allermeisten adipösen Menschen sind hochdiszipliniert“ sollte
als therapeutische Erfahrung Frédérics gekennzeichnet werden,
nicht als epidemiologischer Fakt.
00:21:54:17–00:29:47:17 – Bodybuilding und Clean Eating:
Bodybuilding ist keine „Essstörung der Männer“. Es kann mit
erhöhtem Risiko für gestörtes Essverhalten und
Muskeldysmorphie verbunden sein. Ebenso können rigide
Clean-Eating-Regeln und Essanfälle zusammenhängen, gehören
aber nicht zwangsläufig zusammen.
00:51:58:17–00:56:05:17 – Fasten, Körperhass und
Veganismus: Fasten „zerstört“ Hunger- und Sättigungssignale
nicht generell. Es kann bei vulnerablen Menschen
problematisch werden. Auch die behauptete hohe Dunkelziffer
an Essstörungen unter vegan lebenden Menschen ist nicht
belegt. Eine vegane Ernährung kann in Einzelfällen
Restriktion verdecken, ist aber nicht automatisch ein
Risikomarker.

„Langzeitfolgen sind unbekannt“ ist zu grob. Es liegen
inzwischen Daten über mehrere Jahre vor; offene Fragen
betreffen besonders lebenslange Anwendung und sehr seltene
