Motivation im Medizinstudium

Was motiviert zum Lernen – und was nicht? In dieser Folge
sprechen wir mit der Medizinstudentin Wenke Reents über die
Motivation Studierender. Wir beleuchten verschiedene Theorien zum
Thema und stellen Ergebnisse aus der Literatur vor. Zuletzt gibt
es wie immer ganz praktische Tipps für die Gestaltung
motivierender Lehrveranstaltungen und Ideen, wie sich Studierende
auch in schwierigen Phasen des Studiums die Motivation erhalten
können.
