06- Interview with Heather Connor

In this episode I had the honor to interview Heather Connor, the
reigning world-champion in the -47 kg class in the IPF.


She opened up about dealing with Crohn's disease and mental
illness, we talked about her first powerlifting meet and what has
changed since then and she gave many interesting insights into
her daily life as a world class athlete and teacher.
