In this episode I talk to Raphael Kiesel about life after university. He himself did a PhD at RWTH, was a member of the Collège des Ingénieurs, then became a senior engineer and is now Senior Vice President of the ARRI Group. An exciting part of our conversation was about decisions - it's like hypotheses: You make an assumption, implement it and learn from the outcome. Decisions help us move forward.
