An undertaker, a roller coaster enthusiast, and five nerds walk
into a bar, but oh my, there’s an electric elephant in the room.
Sounds like a joke? Well, some of this was funny. Other things,
however, well, you gotta listen for yourselves.
What started out as an innocuous promise given more than four
years ago now finally came back to haunt one particular bvd;
namely, that he shall be forced into a conversation about the
latest offering and general significance of that notorious, most
polarizing bunch of callboys. Said conversation (and other sonic
disasters) notwithstanding, we were most fortunate and grateful
to finally receive the privilege of our interlocutors’ company:
the well-versed, minutely media-trained, and perfectly pitched
Phil and Hendrik from your bvds’ very own metalcore malefactors,
NEVERLAND.
So, fasten your seatbelts and make yourselves comfortable for a
verifiable thrill-ride across a record-breaking total of eleven
albums!
After some deadpan digging in our guests’ past and present
musical laurels, we discuss another eclectic selection of fresh
tunes, including the recent releases by Protest the Hero – Within
(00:32:24), Electric Callboy – Tanzneid (00:46:01), Allt –
Ataraxia (01:15:16), Loathe – A Stranger to You (01:29:04),
