What characterizes the tendencies of polish jewellery? How did
political and economic developments influence the jewellery

Polish Jewellery is rich in social-political meaning and strongly
connected to polish history. Thus, the polish jewellery makers
reflect with their chosen material, the topics of their works and
the motives the times their living in.With Anna Wójcik-Korbas
we’re talking about polish jewellery and its development after
World War II until nowadays.

Glanz & Kante collaborates with the Association for
Goldsmith's Art (in german Gesellschaft für Goldschmiedekunst
e.V.). The Association is a nonprofit organization based in Hanau
whose mission is to promote contemporary jewelry and silverware.
Thus, the Accosiation is committed to promote and establish a
greater appreciation for contemporary trends in jewelry and
silverware within society. Among the association’s most important
tasks are organizing competitions, scholarships, and events. The
Accosiation also curates’ numerous exhibitions at the Museum
German Goldsmith’s House in Hanau @deutsches_goldschmiedehaus ,
for which it is responsible for the content on behalf of the City
of Hanau.
