Warum bekommen wir beim Spielen plötzlich Gänsehaut? In dieser
Solo-Folge nimmt Marion Plank das Coming-of-Age-Game *Mixtape*
zum Ausgangspunkt für eine wissenschaftliche Spurensuche. Anhand
ausgewählter Szenen geht es um Frisson und musikalische
Höhepunkte, die Konstruktion autobiografischer Erinnerungen,
vermittelte Nostalgie und das menschliche Bedürfnis nach
Zugehörigkeit. Außerdem fragt die Folge, warum Games uns erlauben
können, angestaute Emotionen wie jugendliche Wut spielerisch
auszuleben und welche Rolle dabei Mood Management spielt.
Zum Abschluss führt die Analyse zu Hartmut Rosas Resonanztheorie:
Kann ein Spiel uns tatsächlich antworten? Oder entsteht Resonanz
erst in der Beziehung zwischen dem Game und den Erinnerungen,
Stimmungen und Erfahrungen, die wir selbst mitbringen?
