Brent Gleeson is a former US Navy Seal. He is also a best-selling
author of 2 incredible books, and an award winning
entrepreneur.

Brent is an incredible human. In our conversation he opened up
about the pain and suffering he experienced in the Navy, and how
he learned to welcome that pain and really celebrate it. That
life lesson inspired him to write his best-selling book “Embrace
the Suck.”

He has learned so many lessons throughout his years as a
Navy Seal, and he is now applying them to teams within the
business and corporate sphere.

Brent speaks of forming world-class routines. There are a lot of
leaders who say they are going to achieve the incredible goal,
and give their staff all of the amazing resources and training
that they deserve, but then they never follow through and put
those routines in place. This is where Brent comes in.
