When Steve Robinson started working for Chick-fil-A, they had
sales of about $140 million. During his last year, they turned $7
billion. 

Steve Robinson is the former Executive Vice President and Chief
Marketing Officer of Chick-fil-A. He was involved in the
companies incredible growth from 1981 - 2015. During this time,
Chick-fil-A went from 184 stores and $100 million in annual
sales, to 2100 stores and more than $6.8 billion in annual
sales.

Steve also went on to author a book called “Covert Cows and
Chick-fil-A.” In it he shares his inside knowledge and strategies
used to turn Chick-fil-A into a household name. 

In our conversation, Steve spoke to me about the strategies,
entrepreneurial spirit and sheer determination that led to this
remarkable success story.
