Zion Armstrong is the Former President of Adidas North America,
as well as a former Commonwealth Games athlete who represented
New Zealand in athletics in Kuala Lumpur. He went from running
from the cops as a teen, to running for his country!

Zion worked his way up the ladder with Adidas, and used his Kiwi
values to foster a workplace culture of care, empathy and
inclusivity.

Zion was an incredible guest, and I thoroughly enjoyed my
conversation with him. He was vulnerable, honest and kind - all
of the traits of one pic leader.

Zion believes that if you take care of your people, the results
will follow.
