development of Naval Special Warfare’s 1st Ground Force Commander
course of instruction and was ranked number 1 of 9 highly
competitive Platoon Chiefs at SEAL Team Three.

I spoke to Chris and Kyle about leadership and why they believe
the current model is overrated and not serving us at all. They
