Rafael Fantauzzi is a diversity, equity and inclusion
(DEI)veteran that brings more than 32 years of experience to
Boehringer Ingelheim as its Chief Diversity & Inclusion
officer. At a life-sciences company dedicated to transforming the
lives of people and animals, Rafael serves as executive director
to more than 13,000 people across America.

Throughout his impressive career, Rafael has worked with the
National Puerto Rican Coalition, COORS, IKEA, and American
Airlines to name a few!

Rafael opened up about humanistic leadership, DICE (Diversity,
Inclusion, Culture and Equity), and he also spoke about the one
thing we could all use more of in the workplace and beyond -
love.

This was a fascinating conversation and it left me with a lot to
think about in terms of leadership and different approaches we
could all be exploring.
