In this episode I discuss my perspective on email management and
the concept of inbox zero. I believe that being a slave to the
inbox is not worth the anxiety and stress it can cause. What is
important is good communication and connecting with others face
to face. High performance is about consistently exceeding norms
while maintaining healthy relationships and well-being. Having an
empty inbox does not define high performance.
