knows the shared vision and strategy. The second tactic is
connection, which involves creating a sense of belonging and
maintaining strong relationships within the team. The third
tactic is communication, emphasizing the importance of simple,
accurate, and succinct communication that is individualized. The
fourth tactic is collaboration, which allows for creativity and
growth. The final tactic is celebration, where micro and macro
wins are acknowledged and rewarded.
