Range Hussein (@thefullrange) is a Canadian strength coach with
whom I developed a professional friendship when I first came to
the Dominican Republic. At that time, he was also coaching under
JC Simo.


I was immediately impressed by his level of control in absolute
end-range positions, such as the split squat and the bridge.


Over the years, I’ve learned a tremendous amount from him, and he
continues to help me better understand and apply the ATG
methodology—not only to my own training, but also to my clients
and the coaching methods I use today.
