Why do so many organizations talk about feedback culture – but fail
to truly live it? In this episode of the LEITWOLF Podcast, Stefan
addresses an uncomfortable truth: Most companies do not have a
feedback problem. They have a fear problem. People do not avoid
feedback because they fail to understand its importance, but
because they fear conflict, consequences, or vulnerability. And
