Costa is the founder of Costa Boards & now the mind behind
Botinsky Labs — diving deep into AI, building systems, workshops
and a community around what's actually possible when you stop
being afraid of the tools.





Simon is the founder of Outliers Coffee, a specialty roastery
based in Lucerne, Siwtzerland — someone who came in saying "I
don't really use AI" and walked out having built two apps & a
completely new perspective on his business.

— 9am to past midnight, every day, building, failing, breaking,
