Turning Ethics into Action

0:00

What does responsible leadership really look like in everyday
decisions—especially when digital tools and AI are involved?

In the first episode of Digital Transformation & Innovation –
Power Sparx, Karoline Karl explores how ethical
reflection can move beyond good intentions and glossy labels.
Drawing on her work with the Ethics Compass, she
discusses how leaders can make values visible, create space for
reflection, and identify early risks such as bias in AI-supported
HR decisions.

A concise conversation about ethics as practice,
not posture—and why responsible leadership starts with asking the
right questions.

Guest: Karoline Karl, Senior Project Manager at the
Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Zukunftskultur (Berlin, Germany)

Host: Kristina Bodrožić-Brnić, Institute Manager at the Institute
for Digital Transformation and Innovation (Berlin, Germany)
