Arzthelferin: Guten Tag! Wie kann ich helfen?


Patient: Hallo, ich habe einen Termin um 10 Uhr.
Mein Name ist Matthias Schmidt.


Arzthelferin: Jawohl, haben Sie die
Versichertenkarte dabei? 


Patient: Ja, die Karte habe ich hier.


Arzthelferin: Dankeschön. Gehen Sie noch kurz
ins Wartezimmer. Wir rufen Sie dann gleich auf.


(Nach ein paar Minuten im Wartezimmer.)


Durchsage: Herr Schmidt, bitte!


(Im Behandlungsraum)

Ärztin: Haben Sie noch andere Beschwerden?


Patient: Ja, ich bin auch müde und schwach und
habe ein bisschen Fieber.


Ärztin: Ich verstehe. Ich messe mal Ihre
Temperatur.


(Die Ärztin misst die Temperatur.)


Ärztin: Ihre Temperatur ist 39°C. Das ist etwas
hoch. Ich höre noch Ihre Lunge ab. Bitte einmal tief einatmen.


Patient: (Atmet tief ein.)


Ärztin: Und aus.


Patient: (Atmet tief aus.)


Ärztin: Gut. Das klingt alles normal. Ich denke,
das ist nur ein grippaler Infekt.


Ärztin: Ruhen Sie sich aus, trinken Sie viel Tee
und nehmen Sie diese Tabletten hier.


Patient: Danke. Muss ich nochmal wiederkommen?


Ärztin: Wenn es in ein paar Tagen nicht besser
ist, dann rufen Sie noch mal an. Gute Besserung!


Patient: Dankeschön!

Doctor: Good day, Mr. Schmidt. What can I do for
you?
Patient: Good day, Doctor. I have a bad
headache. For two days now.
Doctor: Do you have any other symptoms?
Patient: Yes, I’m also tired and weak, and I
have a slight fever.
Doctor: I see. I’ll check your
temperature.
(The doctor measures the temperature.)
Doctor: Your temperature is 39°C. That’s a bit
high. I’ll also listen to your lungs. Please take a deep
breath.
Patient: (Takes a deep breath.)
Doctor: And breathe out.
Patient: (Breathes out.)
Doctor: Good. That all sounds normal. I think
it’s just a flu-like infection.
Doctor: Get some rest, drink plenty of tea, and
take these meds.
Patient: Thank you. Do I need to come back
again?
Doctor: If it doesn’t get better in a few days,
please call again. Get well soon!
