40 years, 40 stories: Live episode with members of the turkish chapter

For the final episode of the journey through 40 years of EWMD
history, we are once again live from Madrid! Simone had the
chance of talking to two members of the turkish chapter of EWMD:
Tanju Cepheli and Sema Benlier.


Tanju starts the episode off by sharing some insights into her
more than ten year EWMD journey. During her time at EWMD she got
to share some of her turkish culture and heritage with other EWMD
members by organizing a learning journey to turkey as well as the
international congress. Tanju values the vivid exchange of ideas,
inspiration and support amongst the EWMD women which makes it
feel more like a family rather than just a network. For EWMD she
wishes to become even more international - to reach more women
across the globe and become even more powerful for the overall
cause!


Sema is a HR professional and consultant and joined EWMD in 2022
after a friend recommended the network to her. Right from the
start, she noticed that at EWMD, the women really want to make a
difference for women in business rather than just being a
network. This impressed and excited her to join and also work
hand in hand with others to benefit women in management. For the
future of EWMD, she wishes for a more diverse network to include
more perspectives and gain even more force to change the world
for the better. For everyone.
