feeling the need to throw my phone away

I really don't know how to call this episode. However, I am really
annoyed that my phone is so often distracting me from real life.
yes, a little bit overdramatic and emotional, but that truly
reflects my point of view. Maybe you can still relate and we can
all together start looking at each others faces again and not at
our screens, I would love that. our life is short and therefore we
should take nothing for granted; share your thoughts, be brave and
spread kindness. I believe in you.
