have I become my pain (poetry)

so as you know, in the next time my podcast will become my
creative space, where I want to let go of shame or expectations
(yes, some episodes will still be completely as they were
before). this is a start


sharing this with you is a big step for me; poetry portrays one
of my deepest selfs and I now trust you with it.
