# 11.1 Post-Bachelor Career Jumpstart with Pare

In this episode, I'm excited to introduce you to Pare, one of the
iconic figures I met during the first week on campus. It's always
intriguing to hear stories about people finding their best
friends at university right from day one. For me, that person was
Pare, with whom I navigated my entire bachelor's journey side by
side. After our bachelor's degrees, our paths diverged - Pare
ventured into the industry, starting as a trainee, while I
embarked on my master's degree. Today's episode will explore the
possibility of diving straight into work after completing a
bachelor's degree, shedding light on the transition from academia
to the professional world.
