Every bar scene has its contemporary heroes. Tomek Roehr is the
one in Poland with being an early bird when it came to fine
drinking. His wife and he opened their bar 'Wieczorny' and became
a hit in Wrszaw, inspiriting customers and bartenders-to-be
alike! However, Tomek tells us he entered the bar scene by
accident, and we're lucky it happened this way. Find out about
