The Role of Culture in Leadership First, you might notice a little
change in our podcast! Yes exactly, because we received a lot of
requests we put out a special episode in English. As we think it
fits great to this episode about culture, we level up on a more
international level and try to reach more people for our journey
about leadership. So, let's jump right into our newest episode!
Shahzeeb and Andreas got on the microphone to talk about
differences, learnings, and the future of culture in a
fast-changing world of work and leadership. Actually, Andreas
studies international management including intercultural business
communications. Especially one lesson impressed him at this time.
It was Fons Trompenaars, a popular scientist from the Netherlands,
who focused on a variety of dimensions in culture. The discussion
about his work leads Shahzeeb to share his thoughts about a shift
in culture. From hierarchical into an environment of mixed
companies with open-minded employees and feedbacks, that help
