2023 starts with a special first episode: We contemplate on having
completed a “full year of podcasting” in 2022 – and going forward
we decide to give our episodes a little bit of structure including
our main takeaways at the end. But most importantly, we have a
guest! Waleed Khan, a Senior Agile Software Developer at Infineon,
is talking with Andreas and Shahzeeb about the transition from a
(technical) individual contributor role into an (HR-/people-)
leadership role, specifically, which concrete steps should be taken
