Shahzeeb and Andreas are back again in English. It says in the
intro, both are Basketball professionals, but only at heart. They
have never earned serious money with the sports they love. To be
able to genuinely talk about transferable skills from pro sports to
business, they have invited someone who played in the best European
Basketball leagues, who played for the German National Team,
someone who used to be a real professional Basketball player -
Chris McNaughton. Chris shares his story from when he had to stop
playing the game he loved and started discovering how to best enter
his second career. The journey he took was not a super easy one.
Interesting enough he got the advice tot better start in the US
than in Germany. Turned out to be true. Shahzeeb, Andreas and Chris
discover many similarities of someone trying to orient themselves
and to switch careers away from their current trajectory. There are
many good reasons to support that kind of career change. They also
talk about best practices you can transfer from sports to the
business world. One key is, of course, to continuously learn. But
