"You have to create your own wave - and then ride your own wave"
- that's what Paula told me in the interview first. In my
opinion, that's one of the most powerful quotes I heard for a
long time.

As a technology lover and global citizen, working in a IT world
and a "male driven" branche like automotive, Paula works hard to
empower others - women AND men. In her opinion, Diversity is
state of the art, and only it's only possible to change the world
together.

In this episode she explains, which lessons she learned in the
automotive industry, what she recommends to contribute to a more
diverse and inclusive world. She also tells me what future
generations need to change: to speak up, take their own journeys,
break the rules and to break unconscious biases.
