"There were always people saying to women: you have to behave
like this. This limited women in their view of what they think
they can aspire to. I think that has changed a lot."
In this episode Moni talked to Sara Rapsch - she is a business
trainer, coach and mentor, also known as the "Chief Happiness
Officer" where ever she goes. Besides her mission to humanize
business and to help people to grow and glow, she says that it is
important to have role models for a more diverse and inclusive
world. They encourage other women to show their strengths,
uniqueness and authenticity - and that they can be successfull in
what they are doing.
You don't have to be the better man - you can be yourself - and
that's changing our society.

"There's actually a lot of things on the small scale that I have,
that I do." - Diana Jehle answered, when Moni asked, what she
does to empower other women in sales.
Growing up in a tiny village in Germany, Diana was curious about
the world itself. As she constantly moved out of her comfort zone
she started a sales job at a big global organization - without
ever thinking about it before. Is sales too "aggressive" for
women? Is it really "too male dominated"?
In this episode Diana tells Moni how starting in a global
organization changed her life, how you can build the best soft
skills growing up in a tiny village, that helps you in global
companies - and also how she REALLY empowers other women in sales
business - in little steps but with a great impact!

"Help and inspire with creativity, honesty and trust to learn and
grow forever." - this is what Christine Koch told me about her
philosophy in our interview.
Christine has an interesting life and career path - but her
interest in Diversity & Inclusion relevant topics was always
there. So when she left her past employer Microsoft, she studied
DEI at a university.
As Diversity & Inclusion is on a rise right now, she tells me
about the positive aspects on working on one's own unconscious
bias, trainings and how we can learn to be even "more diverse"
and to keep our focus on BELONGING.

"I would never say that I made a wrong decision - because every
decision was responsible for having a bright future." Markus
Jolic, told me in his interview.
Markus is a very interesting guy - besides his mindblowing CV (he
made it from a cook to an army guy and then to an IT Specialist
and Sales Leader), he has a great affinity for a diverse world.
He loves people with rich backgrounds and once told me, he never
regrets that he always recruited people with different
backgrounds, ages and identities.
In this podcast he told me about his diverse career, different
people he met and worked with and why diverse teams have a bright
future.
