interesting findings in our 45 mystery shops and want to discuss
good service and how to achieve it. Welcome to our mini-series
about our learnings from 45 hotels visited in secret throughout the
Romandie (Vaud, Jura, Fribour and Nêuchatel). Our goal was to
identify steps of the guest journey where the hotels do not meet
