#15 Tomas Björkman: What will it take to shift us?

In this week's episode we sit down with Tomas Björkman to talk
about what it will take to shift us as a collective. After many
years in business as an entrepreneur and investment banker, Tomas
is now a social entrepreneur and the founder of Ekskäret Foundation
in Stockholm. He is also the co-founder of the research institute
Perspectiva in London, of the Co-Creation Loft and the media
platform Emerge in Berlin, the 29k.org digital personal development
platform and the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) framework.
Considering his numerous initiatives paired with his commitment to
facilitating the co-creation of a more conscious and connected
society, we could not help but want to talk to him about what it
will take to shift us as a collective. During our conversation, we
learned about Tomas’ deep understanding of human and societal needs
in a world that is in many ways falling apart. Once again, this
showcased the power and importance of human connection all over and
highlighted that we need to bind together to shift in elegant
