of 10 questions by students. Psychologist Dr. Eva Lambidoni found
exciting answers  to these questions. She explains, whether
relaxation exercises are better for calming down or sports, if
the constant feeling of being stressed and overstrained is an
indication for a mental illness, and if stress can be turned into
positive energy.
