After travelling a bunch Heather decided to leave their country
and move abroad and has lived for the last 4 years in Asia. From
being a young backpacker with an urge to escape the restraints
and borders of their western upbringing in Canada they grew into
a person who now is more invested in sustainability and giving
back to the community they live in. I very much enjoy talking to
this thoughtful, reflective, intelligent person and I hope you
will enjoy following us into a deep conversation about core
values, mental health, sustainability and tattoos.
