Today I have the huge pleasure to have a conversation with an
extremely inspiring woman, a highly accomplished global business
leader. It’s my pleasure to introduce LUISA DELGADO. Luisa is a
Board Chair and Director, and Investor and Co-Entrepreneur. 
She has been CEO of Safilo Group, the Italian global luxury eyewear
leader, an Executive Board Member and CHRO of SAP, and Vice
President and General Manager of Procter & Gamble both of the
Nordic region, and of the Human Resources function of Western
Europe. The idea „There is beauty in simplicity“ is a great design
principle which makes Luisas business succeed and a.o. is central
to Apple’s success. Furthermore, the intersection of beauty and
simplicity touches on so many relevant topics of today and tomorrow
