Many studies indicate the importance of personal initiative for the individual's development and companies' profitability. I will define the term for you referring to different studies, further explain the plethora of advantages coming from a high level of personal initiative and how individuals can improve their personal initiative, for example by setting themselves specific and measurable goals.

After having introduced my listeners to the field of entrepreneurial thinking, we will discuss how you can go from problem to opportunity while thinking in an entrepreneurial manner. I will also introduce you to the main fields and challenges of entrepreneurship research
