Airbnb guest Timothy Loosemore killed his host, Maree
Vermont.

After booking a short stay, he had moved in offering her help
around the property, but after she rejected his romantic
interest, he killed her and burned down her home with her body
inside.

In this episode Wayne examines the disturbing crime, the evidence
destroyed by the fire and why the jury ultimately convicted him
of manslaughter, after he faced trial for murder.

Maree’s son, Darcy Vermont, also joins the podcast, to help share
her story and his family's terrible loss.
