Marge Aviso is a living example of how strategic mindset shifts

daughter of a seaman and a sari-sari store owner in San Rafael,
Bulacan, this nursing graduate came from humble beginnings. On
her journey to success, she faced blow after blow, including
teenage pregnancy, an abusive relationship, and financial
turmoil. Yet, through her resilience and ability to overcome
adversities, she built a global BPO that created thousands of
jobs and opportunities in her hometown. After a few years of
success, however, financial mismanagement drove it to the brink
of bankruptcy. But she slowly rebuilt it—and emerged as a
powerhouse entrepreneur and advocate for women empowerment in the
tech industry.

The award-winning CEO of Telework PH Outsourcing Solutions Inc.
is also a sought-after consultant, mentor, and speaker, and is
the subject of a movie about her inspiring life called Miss
Probinsiyana.
